QUICK DELIVERY
We offer selected products that can be delivered to you within 7 days or less through select premier manufacturers. We take the guesswork out of figuring the shipment time from the point of order and transit time. If you need to get it quickly and do not want to pay exorbitant charges for next day or 2nd day delivery, this is the option for you! For standard 7 day delivery, we guarantee that the products available with our 7 day delivery option will arrive within 1 week of the order date. If the shipment does not arrive within 1 week, you will be credited $50 if your order is over $200. If the order is under $200, you will acrue $5 per day we are late. The refund guarantee for orders under $200 is capped at the lesser of $25 or 25% of the order amount.

EXEMPTIONS:
If your product happens to be on back-order we will notify you of the back order status and have the item shipped as quickly as possible once it is available. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment. No credit will be issued for late deliveries on back ordered items.
Order shipped via Truck are not eligible for the credit. We do not always know when orders will be shipped via Truck. These orders will still ship as quickly as possible, but due to freight policies, they cannot be expedited.
Orders placed after 10:00am PST are considered placed on the following business day. Holidays are not counted as a business day. So for example, if an orders is placed for a 7 Day Delivery product and the order is placed at 10:30am PST on the 1st of the month, we would guarantee delivery by the 9th. If that same order were placed at 9:30am PST, then delivery would be guaranteed by the 8th.
Open Box items are not eligible for 5 Day Delivery. We will guarantee 7 Day Delivery for those items and credit will be issued based on a 7 day deadline.
